Brief History
The Watkins brand migrated to the shores of South-Africa during the early 1940’s.
With the acquisition of Valeur Cosmetics during the 90’s, it enabled the enterprise
to expand its reach to an extended geographical area in Africa. So was the Watkins
Valeur brand born, establishing a successful marriage of exceptional quality products
at competitive prices.
Subsequently the Watkins Valeur brand has expanded into the greater part of Africa,
boasting with subsidiaries in Botswana and Namibia as well as being represented
in other African countries such as Lesotho, Swaziland, Angola, Kenya, Zimbabwe,
Nigeria and Mozambique.
Today it may be said that Watkins Valeur has experienced unimaginable success and
is still growing in its entirety, improving the lives of women in business.
